This can be the result of a number of reasons, however, typically many candidates do not perform well around unfamiliar people, surroundings, and undue pressure. It’s important to remember that resumes are not just pieces of paper, but rather they are the sum of a person’s life experiences.
There are two approaches to recruiting, active and passive.
Passive recruiting involves the posting of a role on numerous job boards and simply vetting candidates that applied.
Active recruiting involves directly reaching out to highly qualified individuals who are currently employed and presenting them with an opportunity.
We utilize a combination of both methods in order to provide our clients with the best talent available.
